We also work with several designers and writers who serve as guest curators of our collections. Above all, we look for products that we love. 1How do Fab’s sales work?Every day Fab features thousands of new design products across all price points and categories. We regularly have 3 day
sales, 7 day sales, 30 day sales, and longer term collections on the site. Our goal is that every day you can come to Fab and discover fresh everyday designs.
Each day a series of new sales start at 11 am Eastern time / 8 am Pacific time.
We also have special evening sales Monday through Friday at 7 pm Eastern time / 4 pm Pacific time from our Weekly Shops, dishing out Fab vintage, fashion, young@heart, pets, and food finds.
Fab sales are unique. Quantities are limited and items may sell out fast, so we recommend that you check in at the beginning of every sale.
2How will I know about new sales?Fab members receive our daily email newsletters that give them a preview of our morning sales and evening shops. You can control the emails you receive on your Email Preferences page. Fab members can also download our mobile apps and enable push notifications to alert them when sales go live.
3How do I learn about upcoming sales at Fab?Visit our Upcoming Sales to get a sneak peek of what's coming next. We also send an optional Weekly Preview email every Sunday night to let you know what’s coming up for the week.
4What is a Pop-Up Shop?In the physical retail world, pop-up shops are stores that pop-up for a limited period of time, typically around a specific theme. Fab’s online pop-up shops are dedicated month-long sales focused on specific themes and designers, such as Holiday or Andy Warhol.
5How long can I keep items in my shopping cart? Because supplies are limited, we can only hold items in your shopping cart for 20 minutes. If you don't purchase within this time frame, the items will be removed from your shopping cart and made available for others to purchase.
6What does On Hold mean?If an item appears as ON HOLD, it means it is currently in another customer's shopping cart. If the customer does not purchase the item within 20 minutes, it becomes available for purchase to other customers. If you see that an item is on hold, we recommend that you keep checking back as it may become available again.
7What if an item is Sold Out? Is it gone forever?If an item appears as SOLD OUT, it means that it is no longer available for purchase from the current sale. We encourage you to visit our Upcoming Sales Calendar often because sometimes a favorite brand or designer will run additional sales. If you're in love with a brand and would like to see it featured in one of our sales, please contact us and let us know!
8How do I sell on Fab? We’re always on the lookout for new partners to run sales on Fab. Please fill out our contact form and a member of our team will connect with you.
1When does Fab charge my credit card?We don't charge your card until the items on your order ship. When you first place your order, we’ll process an authorization for the amount of your order. An authorization reserves the amount for when we do ship your order without taking the funds out of your account.
We charge you for items as they ship, so if part of your order ships, we'll charge your card for those items and then re-authorize your card for the rest.
2How can I check on the status of my order?To view the status of your order:
Make sure you’re logged into your Fab account. Mouse over your username, then click “My Orders”
From this page, you can see the status of all orders you’ve placed on Fab. Each item will have a progress bar showing exactly where the item is in its journey to you. When items in your order ship, we will add tracking information to this page. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order.
3What are your hours of operation?The Fab website and mobile apps are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
Fab also employs a team of Crackerjacks whose sole mission is to do whatever it takes to help our customers LOVE their every interaction with Fab.

4Can my order be modified after it has been placed? Don’t worry, you can easily change your shipping address or cancel an order within thirty minutes of purchasing by going to your My Orders page. 5What are the payment options at Fab?Fab accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
6Does Fab charge sales tax?Sales tax is added for items shipping to New York and New Jersey. Rates vary depending on your county. California residents will only be charged sales tax when their order is shipped directly from a design partner located in California.
Prices displayed on our site are exclusive of taxes. When you add an item to your cart, sales tax will be estimated based on the total value of your shopping cart. Final sales tax will be calculated and charged when the order is shipped.
1How does Fab ship productsFab ships products as quickly as humanly possible from the time of your order. Most often items ship directly from Fab’s warehouses. Sometimes our design partners ship orders directly to customers - this really depends on the type of product and how it is produced. Some of the items we sell, including T-shirts, jewelry, and artwork, are handmade upon purchase, which can increase the shipping time. Please make sure to check the “Shipping Info” on the product page to see the item’s estimated arrival.
Products that feature coupon codes will list specific redemption details.
2Where does Fab ship?Fab can ship to any street address in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. We will ship your order via UPS, FedEx, or our White Glove delivery service. Fab does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We currently do not ship to any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico.
3What are Fab’s shipping rates?Fab charges a flat shipping rate based on the price of your order. Please visit our Shipping page for detailed information.

1What are Fab Referral Credits and how do they work?
We love to reward members who spread the word about Fab. As a special thank you we’ll give you some credits. These are the benefits we offer for inviting your friends and family to join:
Founding Members receive a $30 credit after 10 friends have joined Fab
VIP Members receive an additional $30 credit after 25 friends have joined
Prime Time Players enjoy free standard shipping for 2 months after 50 friends have joined.
Please note, it can take up to 24 hours to receive your credit after your referrals have signed up.

2How do Fab’s free shipping offers work?
From time to time, Fab may offer free shipping promotions to our members. These offers are valid on standard shipping only and may not be used for international shipping or for shipment of “non-standard” items. Our free shipping offers do not apply to any applicable handling fees, and additional terms and limitations may apply at the time of offer.
3Is a credit card required for all purchases on Fab?
Yes, you must enter a valid credit card with a U.S. billing address for all purchases on Fab. A valid credit card is also required if your order is free due to credits.

2How do I change my username, name, password, or email address?
To change any of your account information, mouse over your username in the upper right hand corner of the screen and click Account Information
3How can I change my email settings? You can control the emails you receive on your Email Preferences page. And don't worry — even if you choose to unsubscribe from our emails, you can still log in to your Fab account to browse and shop anytime.
4How safe is my personal information when I become a member?Our members' safety and privacy are our utmost priority at Fab. Members' data will never be sold to or shared with third-party marketers. Please visit our Privacy & Security page for details.
1How do I get my $5 credit for uploading a photo of my purchase to the Inspiration Wall? You may not know this, but Fab members automatically get a $5 credit when they upload the first picture they have taken of a Fab purchase to the Inspiration Wall. Yup it’s that easy. Snap your first picture upload it to Fab.com/inspiration and you get a $5 credit. Note: It typically takes 24 hours for you to receive your credit.
2What is Fab Social Shopping?We’re constantly looking for ways to make the Fab shopping experience more dynamic. Fab Social Shopping allows you to easily share what you’re buying and faving with your friends on your Facebook Timeline and with other Fab members on the Fab Live Feed. While we at Fab love to share, we understand that it may not be for everyone. So it’s entirely opt-in.
2How can I edit my Social Shopping on my Fab account?Let’s face it, there are just some things you don’t want to share with your Facebook circle or with other Fab members. So we've made it very easy for you to control what you share. Simply go to http://fab.com/feed/ and click on the Edit Preferences button to select what you'd like to have show up. By default, any purchases that you mark as gifts or that are of an adult nature will not appear on your Facebook page.
