We procure many of our products directly from designers and also have many products that are available only on Fab.

  • 6 What are your hours of operation? The Fab website and mobile apps are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

  • 1 How can I see what’s new on Fab? You can browse our newest products in Women, Men, Home, and Fun. Just go to the Fab home page and click the category of your choice under “New Arrivals” in the left navigation bar.
  • 2 How do I remove something from my cart? On the site: click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page. Click the grey “x” to the right of the item name and voila! It’s gone.
    On the app: click the shopping cart at the bottom of the screen and then click the pencil icon to edit the contents of your cart. A grey “x” will appear next to the items in your cart - click the x next to the item you want to remove.
  • 3 How long can I keep items in my shopping cart? In most cases, you can keep an item in your cart as long as you like. However, in some cases where we have only limited inventory available, we can only hold items in your shopping cart for 20 minutes. If you don't purchase lower inventory items within this time frame, they will be removed from your shopping cart and made available for others to purchase.
  • 4 What does On Hold mean? If an item shows as “On Hold”, it means it is the last of the product available and it is currently in another customer's shopping cart. If the customer does not purchase the item within 20 minutes, it becomes available for purchase by other customers. If you see that an item is on hold, we recommend that you keep checking back as it may become available again.
  • 5 What if an item is Out of Stock? Is it gone forever? If an item is listed as “Out of Stock”, it means that it is no longer available for purchase. If you're in love with a brand and would like to know when it appears on Fab again, just click the red “Remind Me” button and we’ll email you when it’s available again.
  • 6 How can I find more information about a product? If something catches your eye, click on it to go to the product details page. Here you can find pictures alongside the nitty gritty specs of the product in the “More Details” section. Not seeing the information you’re looking for? Get in touch our Crackerjack team, and we’ll find the answer for you!
  • 7 I know what I’m looking for. Can I search Fab? Just type the name into the search bar centered at the top of the page. When you enter an item name into the search bar, a drop-down menu will appear with the most related categories and products. If you don’t like what you see on the drop-down menu, just hit enter or click “View All Results” at the bottom of the menu to view even more options.
  • 8 Where can I see items I’ve favorited? You can favorite an item by clicking the heart icon next to it. If you’d like to revisit your favorites, mouse over the arrow at the top right of the screen and click “Faves and Purchases”.
    If you choose to connect with your Facebook account from your Account Settings page, we’ll share your favorite items on your Facebook timeline.
  • 9 I’m having trouble using Fab. What should I do? If you are having any issues using Fab, don’t be shy in asking for help! Our Crackerjack team is here to support you.
  • 1 How do I change my username, password, or email address? To change any of your account information, mouse over on the arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the site next to your username and select Account Information from the drop-down menu.
    Once you’re there, just click on the pencil icons along the right to make any changes to your information.
  • 2 What if I forget my password? If you’re on the Fab.com home page, simply click “Login” on the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click on "Forgot Your Password?" and you’ll be prompted to enter your email address. Click “Submit” and we’ll email you a link that will allow you to change your password.

  • 3 How do I change my email preferences? You can control the number of emails you receive from your Email Preferences page. To get there, mouse over on the arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the site next to your username and click “Email preferences”.
  • 4 I just got a new credit card. How do I update my billing information? You can update your billing information on the Payment Methods page. Just mouse over on the arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the site next to your username and click “Payment methods”. From here, you can edit or delete your stored billing information or add a new payment method. You can also edit your payment information at checkout.
  • 5 How can I edit my shipping address? Shipping addresses can always be added, removed, and edited on your Account Information page. You can also edit your shipping information at checkout. Just click the pencil icon next to your shipping address before you place your order.
    If you need to change the shipping address on an order that’s in progress, contact our Crackerjack team.
  • 6 How do I apply my credits to an order? Available credits will automatically be applied to your subtotal at checkout. You can edit the number of credits you use by typing a new number in the box on the right-hand side above the red “Checkout” button. Credits cannot be used towards shipping and handling costs.

  • 7 How safe is my personal information? Our members' safety and privacy is our top priority. Your personal information will never be sold to or shared with third-party marketers. Please visit our Privacy & Security page for details.
  • 1 What payment methods can I use to pay for my Fab order? We accept Visa, Mastercard (and MasterPass | learn more), American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal.
  • 2 When does Fab charge me for my order? We don't charge you until the items on your order ship. When you first place your order, we’ll process an authorization for the full amount. An authorization simply reserves the amount for when we do ship your order without taking the funds out of your account. Once your order ships, we’ll make the charge complete.
  • 3 What happens if I cancel my order before it ships? If you decide to cancel your order before it ships we’ll remove the authorization for the amount of the cancelled item(s) from your card immediately. Depending on your payment method, it can take 2-10 days for your this change to be reflected on your online statement.
  • 4 How can I check on the status of my order? To view the status of your order log into your Fab account and visit your My Orders page to see exactly what stage your order is in on its journey to you. We’ll also send you an email with tracking info when your order ships.
  • 5 Can my order be modified after it has been placed? You can easily change your shipping address or cancel an order within thirty minutes of purchasing by going to your My Orders page. If it’s been more than thirty minutes, contact our Crackerjack team for help.
  • 6 Does Fab charge sales tax? Sales tax is added for items shipping to New York and New Jersey. Rates vary depending on your county.
    California residents will only be charged sales tax when their order is shipped directly from a designer located in California.
    Prices displayed on our site exclude taxes. Final sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total when you check out.
  • 7 What if I want to send a gift? We love helping you make your friends and family smile! Our packing slips don’t include prices, so you don’t have to worry that your recipient will see the cost of their gift.
  • 1 How does Fab ship products? Most of our products ship directly from one of Fab’s warehouses, but in some instances products are shipped to you directly from our designers. We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service, our White Glove delivery service, and multiple local carriers in Canada.
  • 2 Where does Fab ship? Fab ships to any street address in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We can also ship a selection of our products to Canada. At the moment, we’re not able to make our way to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or Puerto Rico (but we’re working on it!).
  • 3 What are Fab’s shipping costs?

    $200 and up 10% of order value
    For orders shipping to the United States, we charge a flat fee for orders under $75, and orders of $75 or more ship free. Canada ships free for most orders of $75 or more. On top of this, any item shipping to the United States or Canada that takes more than 5 business days to ship out to you ships for free.
    While most items on Fab qualify for free shipping, additional fees apply in the following instances:
    1. 1. Any items being shipped by our White Glove delivery service
    2. 2. Bulky items like furniture that require special handling
    3. 3. Perishable items, particularly food that needs to get to you faster.
    4. 4. Items that you've elected to be sent with an upgraded shipping option.
    5. 5. Orders being sent to Canada, which still require customs and fees.
    6. 6. Items marked "SPECIALTY ITEM".

  • 4 How long will it take for me to receive my order? Most items on Fab are sent directly from Fab’s warehouse and arrive to you in less than 5 days, but certain custom made and special products can take a bit longer. To see exactly when your order is expected to arrive, check in on your My Orders page.
  • 5 Why isn’t my tracking number working? We send you a shipping notification email right when your order is shipped, but it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing the progress of your order. Please check back later to see your order moving, or get in touch with us if you need anything else.
  • 1 What is Fab’s return policy? Our number one priority is to make you smile. If you get something that doesn’t make you smile, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The return shipping charges are on us! You can check out the full terms of our Return Policy here.
    If your order arrives in anything less than perfect condition, contact our Crackerjack Team and we’ll work to replace it or issue you a full refund.
  • 2 What is Fab’s exchange policy? We know that finding the correct size when shopping online can tough. If you get a fashion item that’s not fitting quite right, get in touch and we’ll see about getting you a better size.
  • 3 How do I return an item? We want you to absolutely love your Fab purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just aren’t right. If you’d like to return your items for a refund, simply go to your My Orders page and click “Return this Item” to the right of the item you wish to return.
    If you need to see about getting an item replaced or exchanged, please contact our Crackerjack Team.
  • 4 How long does it take for a refund to be processed? We aim to process all returns within a few days of receipt at our warehouse. You’ll get an email from us when the refund goes through. Credit card and PayPal refunds can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to appear on an online statement. Should you have any questions about the status of your return, please contact our Crackerjack team.
