‘30s Container Ship Model

Added 3 months ago by ajarobinson via Wary Meyers 1930s Bath, Maine was a booming shipbuilding town situated far north on the Atlantic coast. It was in this time and place that an unnamed shipbuilder went home after work and continued his craft in miniature. The “Sumtng Victory” may be his masterpiece. At over six feet long, this painted, wood replica container ship is stunning in its detail and charming in its age. Display it as the relic that it is, restore it to its former glory or use your imagination to turn it into something else altogether.
