Paula Scher High Line Poster
Added about 1 year ago by eloiseanne via Paula Scher Artist and graphic designer Paula Scher designed the High Line logo and many other High Line graphics—and she also created this High Line neighborhood map graphic (as part of her 2005 painting series, "The Maps"). With a graphic designer's love of text, Scher incorporates hundreds of written words into her colorful map of the High Line neighborhood, evoking the area's history, physical landscape and folklore with both impressive detail and whimsy. Proceeds from this print directly support the maintenance and operations of the High Line.
