Tim Harney is a motorcycle builder based in Brooklyn who was recently featured on the Discovery Network’s new show Cafe Racers. This vintage 1981 Yamaha is one of his recent fixer-uppers. “I found this on a side alley in Queens,” he reveals. “I pulled her off my truck and into the light of my shop—added a BMW /5 front end, paired with a set of Triumph scrambler rear shocks, and slapped on an endure tank and stitched up a leather seat." Harney will talk to each customer individually, so he can specifically customize the bike for them. Things that make you go VROOM.
