Wild-caught black anchovies are gathered from the crystal clear waters surrounding Phu Quoc island and immediately salted. The fish is then placed in large tropical wood barrels for slow fermentation for over a year to develop the smoothest, richest and sweetest flavor. Each bottle contains pure first press extra virgin fish sauce to heighten sauces, barbecues and dishes.
