Even if it’s not her size or style, Susan Gregg Koger can’t pass up a good vintage find. She and her husband Eric decided to use her splendid collection to stock ModCloth, an online store of vintage fashion that began in her college dorm room. These days, the Pittsburgh-based duo travels the world to seek out distinctive garments and accessories with sophisticated, subtly sexy appeal. This rare collection includes sleeveless velvet frocks, sheer tops, V-neck jumpsuits, peep-toe heels, kiss lock clutches, and much more—each piece chock-full of flair and history.
