Rust and stain resistant, this 3” paring knife is called Bonded Teak because the Schmidt Brothers designed the steel and teak handle to work in perfect harmony, giving the user a precise and pleasurable cutting experience. Add it to your collection—chop chop.
Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse and dry immediately. Sharpen as needed, usually once or twice a year with regular use. Periodically rub mineral oil on the wood handle to prevent drying. Store in a safe place.
