The traditionally made pieces from Brush Factory’s furniture line, Brighton Exchange, embrace the notion that less is more. Inspired by crystal-shaped geodes, this faceted Bottle Rock is a hip reusable wine bottle stopper. Crafted by hand at the design studio’s Cincinnati workshop, the kitchen essential has a rich, smooth surface and a matte oil finish.
Hayes Shanesy and Rosie Kovacs founded Cincinnati design studio Brush Factory in 2009. Fusing their skills in industrial and fashion design, the duo crafts all of its thoughtfully shaped, minimally embellished work by hand. In addition to making custom pieces, its projects include the furniture line Brighton Exchange and Villager, a collection of organic cotton bags.
Due to its handmade nature, no two stoppers are exactly alike.
