Inspired by the cell-like shape of soap bubbles, Bubble Chandelier by Souda is created from 60 used plastic bottles that are cleaned, cut, and riveted together to form a self-supporting sphere. The bottles are provided by Sure We Can, a non-profit that runs the only homeless-friendly can and bottle redemption center in New York City. Souda donates a portion of the proceeds from each Bubble Chandelier to help improve the conditions of Sure We Can's facility.
