Peek inside Invisible Gallery's big top and prepare to be amazed: eschewing lions and acrobats, disdaining elephants, clowns, and tigers, this creepy carnival is full of rare, unusual, and just plain weird items to enchant your heart, bewitch your mind, and transport you back in time to a sepia-toned era of wonder, mystery, and just a dash of danger. Let the show begin!
An unusual artifact from early 20th century China. The cruel practice of breaking and binding young girls' feet was widely practiced prior to being outlawed in 1911. The desired result was the impossibly tiny ideal of the Lotus Foot. These shoes measure approximately 6" long. This vintage product is in fair “as-found” condition.
