Based in Pine Plains, New York, and founded by the former owners of the luxury leather-goods line that shares its name, Coach Farm specializes in artisan goat cheeses reminiscent of French chevre, but with a unique Hudson Valley flair. Included in the Coach Farm Cheese Collection are two delicious combinations of cheese and fruit, the Chevre & Fig and Chevre & Pear rolls, as well as Coach Farm’s Triple Cream Chevre, and Green Peppercorn Cone.
Collection includes three 4oz cheeses: Chevre & Fruit–Fig, Chevre & Fruit–Pear, Green Peppercorn Cone; and one 6oz Triple Cream Chèvre. Knife not included.
Chevre & Fruit–Fig: Cultured pasteurized goat's milk, enzymes, salt, figs (figs, pure cane sugar, fruit pectin, citric acid).
Chevre & Fruit–Pear: Cultured pasteurized goat's milk, enzymes, salt, pear, sugar, cinnamon, natural lemon juice.
Triple Creme Chevre: Cultured pasteurized goat's milk, surface ripened mold, enzymes and salt.
Green Peppercorn Cone: Cultured pasteurized goat's milk, surface ripened mold, enzymes, salt.
