Dedicated to being green, the eco-aware design house Inhabit is flinging open the doors of its prop closet and inviting you to take your pick. Selected for their authentic mid-century look and intoxicating appeal, these well-preserved vintage furnishings were all used to create the elegant environments seen in the company’s bright, airy product photography. Spanning swivel stools, low-slung chairs, side tables, task lamps, sectional sofas, and more, there’s bound to be more than a few that fit your fancy.

Dove-shaped salt and pepper shakers. One has 2 holes on head, the other has 3. No maker’s mark or brand. This gently used vintage product is in good condition; no cracks or chips.
Inhabit began in 2002 as a pet project for graphic designers Mike Tuttle and Jennifer Smith Tuttle, who turned three rejected patterns into fabric prototypes using a printer they found in the trash. With the motto “surround yourself,” the Indianapolis-based company brings a distinct graphic style to varied design disciplines, from 3D wall decals to lighting.
