When Heller approached Frank Gehry to collaborate on a furniture collection, it tasked the architect to come up with pieces “as unique and beautiful as his buildings.” Following suit, the architect designed a weatherproof line of silver-colored tables and chairs, which he later released in vivid colors inspired by a flower sculpture he made for Sophie Calle. The winding corners of his hollow Left Twist Cube are made from roto-molded polymer and resin. Use it as a side table or a stool, as the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum did in its garden.
