Iconic design lasts forever, and makes a durable gift for all the design-lovers on your list. This Milton Glaser screenprintis a follow-up to his legendary I Love NY poster—commissioned to promote the city in the mid-1970s and still hard at work today on everything from paper coffee cups to plastic shopping bags—and is one of our all time greatest hits. A heartfelt response to the events of September 11, 2001, this rebus has grown as close to New Yorkers’ hearts as its parent. Now 82, Glaser’s influence on contemporary illustration and design is considered inestimable.
