A well-known Modern master with works in the world’s greatest collections, Joan Miró (1893–1983) is known for his child-like surrealist images with bright primary colors and crisp line work. This lithograph on paper, made possible by Miró’s friendship with printer Fernand Mourlot, features the signature sketch style and whimsicality that made the painter famous.
Edition of 1,000. Signed "Miró" in lower left in stone, stamped "Original Lithograph" in lower right on verso. Good condition but formerly tacked down with adhesive marks on reverse; image area intact.
