Junk2Funk brings its funky, junky, fabulous finds to the masses with eclectic collections that spark the imagination. With a healthy dose of humor and a keen sense of nostalgia, partners Shana Gorondy and John White set out on a mission to put a piece of “crazy” in every living room. This clean, minimal coffee table from Florence Knoll features a simple, linear design and a high-contrast palette, creating a bold graphic look.
Born out of Shana Gorondy and John White’s love of old objects, Junk2Funk was founded in 2010. The Sanford, Florida, company specializes in classic and quirky mid-century objects, which Gorondy and White collect from thrift stores, and estate and garage sales. Some finds are left untouched, while others are refurbished into eccentric contemporary furnishings.
