Produced in cooperation with Mini Scene International, authors Michael Stein and Thomas Pfahl capture the cult of the Mini in all of its forms. They start by explaining the Mini’s origins in the mind of designer Alex Issigonis, as well as John Cooper’s role in its rapid evolution into a successful rally and racing competitor. Later chapters explore the many variations on the original Mini design that have appeared over the years, culminating with the re-birth of the Mini as a successful brand for BMW in the 21st century.
