Paul Strand, one of the great photographers of the 20th century, traveled around the world, building up an impressive body of work. Photographs of Mexico, his portfolio of 20 hand-pulled gravure prints, sold out long ago. This current edition of Near Saltillo, 1932 is now available as an individual image from the portfolio. This hand-pulled dust-grain photogravure is masterfully produced here by Aperture, a nonprofit organization committed to the advancement of photography.
