Aco-founder of New York magazine,Milton Glaser also designed its iconic visual identity. In 1954, with several university classmates, Glaser co-founded Push Pin Studios, before striking out on his own. Not shackled to commercial conventions, his work is bold, pared-down, and yet highly expressive. Each piece is as distinct as each client and spans multiple medias and styles. Now 84, Glaser’s continuing influence on contemporary illustration and design is infinitely invaluable.
