It’s not just a chair. It’s the Roebuck. Created in 1951 as an affordable and easily stackable seat, the design proved so popular it was manufactured right up until 1968. The only variation in manufacturing was the feet, which surreptitiously changed from being cute and spherical to molded plastic ferrules. This new reissue smartly reinstates the spherical feet, which help give the Roebuck its uniquely peppy personality.
