When Egbert Neuhaus visited the U.S. as a German exchange student in the ’70s, he came across an aluminium household rubbish bin—and fell in love. He brought the idea home to Wesco, his father’s metal manufacturing company in Germany, which got to work redesigning the device. The distinctive, industrial-strength result inspired an entire family of products, including this Toilet Brush. The tool’s stainless steel cap and handle contrast with its powder-coated steel body, which sits atop a plastic ring to prevent scratching to the bathroom floor.
Removable plastic liner.
