In photographer Tom White’s words: "On Ipanema Beach in Brazil, we saw kids from a favela jumping into a canal that runs from Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas to the sea. Favela kids are notorious, but these guys were just having innocent fun. Because I was using B&W film, it wasn't until I processed the negative that I saw the diver's perfect figure.” A photograph for those with a conscience, a portion of the proceeds for each photo sold is donated to the American Red Cross to help with the Hurricane Sandy relief effort.
