1You may return any eligible product you have ordered from Fab within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Eligible products for return will be indicated on the product page.
2Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain our deep discounts, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing it.
3Items that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product, when you place it in your Shopping Cart, and when you are asked to Confirm Your Order.
4If your item is returnable, please note: Items arriving after the 14 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
5The Fab Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a UPS packing label for you to use. IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed. Note: We will provide special return instructions for furniture and other items shipped via a delivery service.
6We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.
7Refunds or Fab Credits will be processed after the goods have been received.
8We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-877 463 4322 or Email Us.
9In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to Email Us with a photo image of the damage, if possible. You must Email Us if any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
10If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please Email Us so that we can assist you.
11Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
12All CLEARANCE items are sold as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued.
13All returns are subject to the discretion of Fab.
