The Quack Tape Dispenser, designed by Joe Buttigieg for cult British brand SUCK UK, tactfully dodges two separate possible lawsuits. (There’s a punch line in there about companies with names like “duck-tape” and something about water off a duck’s back, but we’ll move on). The fact is, the shape of a duckrelates to the tape dispenser market with more than just wordplay because pulling the tape out sometimes sounds a bit like a duck quacking!
