This reindeer hide has been sourced from the sustainable herds of the indigenous Lappish and Sami tribes of Finland and Sweden. The reindeer are farmed for their milk and meat, and these soft silky hides make excellent throws, wall hangings, and rugs.
Tanned hide product. Natural finish. Size and color varies. Spot clean. Do not soak or wash. A reindeer’s hair is not as robust as that of Icelandic sheep, so they should not be used in high traffic areas or outdoors, as this will cause them to shed hair over time.
