Thanks to the glass tempering process patented by Duralex in 1939, it’s more than twice as strong as ordinary glass—ideal for rigorous mixing and other demanding kitchen tasks. This set of two lidded bowls can withstand thermal shock, so you can move them straight from freezer to microwave.
Set includes 2 bowls with lids. Capacity 10oz. Dimensions refer to size of each bowl. Glass can withstand sudden temperature changes from -4°F to 212°F. Suitable for hot or cold liquids. If broken by strong shock, glass shatters into small pieces to reduce the risk of injury. Nonporous glass is totally hygienic and does not absorb liquid. Lids are BPA-free.
