The bottom of this Alien Workshop deck features contrasting color blocks and an inverse negative image that generates a cryptic yet still bright canvas for Warhol’s self-portrait. Pro-skater Dylan Rieder’s name is printed in pink under Warhol’s signature. The board’s more subtle top design is a natural wood veneer with mock “rolled” black paint over a pink screen-print of the artist’s signature.
This deck is the result of a collaboration between Alien Workshop and The Andy Warhol Foundation. The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts was established in 1987. In accordance with Andy Warhol’s will, its mission is the advancement of the visual arts. Includes no trucks or wheels.
