Recognizing what Artek calls “the alphabet of living,” the abc Collection puts the textile patterns of its co-founders center stage. Alvar Aalto created this light, architectural Siena fabric design in 1954, intending for it to be used freely in an array of different projects. For the first time, the company has adapted it into more than 20 everyday objects, including these plywood coasters.
