The antidote to separation anxiety, the Yolker seamlessly removes the egg yolk from the white—while leaving it totally intact—and features a hard edge for breaking shells cleanly. Once yolks and whites are divvied up, the slim Mini Whisk will whip them into chiffon cakes, custards, and sauces.
Set includes 1 yolker and 1 mini whisk. Ergonomic handles with shock-absorbent air grip technology. Whisk has high-polished stainless steel wires for durability. Both pieces have a slim profile for use in small bowls and containers.
