CanadaOrders going to Canada include an international shipping surcharge based on the products ordered and their final destination. This surcharge is necessary to cover importation duties and province taxes. Customers wishing to ship products to Canada are responsible for all associated importation duties, customs clearance fees, and applicable province taxes. These costs are calculated and displayed to you on Fab.com's checkout page when you select a Canadian shipping address.
White Glove DeliveryFurniture orders, when needed, will be delivered by either White Glove or Room of Choice delivery and may take longer to arrive than a UPS shipment. Our team will contact you via phone or email to schedule your furniture delivery. There is no White Glove or Room of Choice shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
The charges for White Glove and Room of Choice delivery are below:

Delivery AddressDelivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.
Item RemovalItem Removal is an additional level of service that provides a convenient way for our customers to make room for their new Fab designs. Currently, this option is only available with our in-home (White Glove) shipments.
On the same day of your delivery, the delivery crew will take away your old item and discard it.
Please note: Once the replaced item is loaded onto the truck, you give up all right and title to the item. Delivery personnel are not authorized to return the replaced item to you. Even if you choose to return your Fab purchase, the replaced item cannot be reclaimed.
Crews are only allowed to remove a like item to what was purchased. For example, sofa delivery and sofa removal is okay, but sofa delivery and bed removal is not.
If you request our Item Removal service, a Fab representative will contact you to confirm the details and review any questions you might have. You will be required to respond by email to confirm our terms and conditions. If you are not reachable by email, we do our best to contact you at the phone number we have on file up until the day of delivery. If we are not able to reach you, we will cancel the Item Removal portion of your delivery.
More InfoYour purchases may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order, based on the shipping rate chart for small package shipping. We try our best to only send you one package. Fab is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipping to New York, New Jersey and Canada addresses. An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
