EXPEDITED SHIPPINGThis cost is added to the standard shipping costs for the order and covers all items eligible for expedited shipping. To select expedited shipping, add the item to your cart and on the checkout page and select your shipping method: Standard, Fast, or Fastest. You will be given the option to select Faster or Fastest shipping in the Confirmation step during checkout. The checkout page will also display expected delivery dates for each shipping option, as well as display order cutoff times to ensure your order arrives by a specific date. Your shipping charges and order total will automatically recalculate based on the option you select. You can review them prior to completing your purchase.
Delivery AddressDelivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.
Item RemovalOn the same day of your delivery, the delivery crew will take away your old item and discard it.
Please note: Once the replaced item is loaded onto the truck, you give up all right and title to the item. Delivery personnel are not authorized to return the replaced item to you. Even if you choose to return your Fab purchase, the replaced item cannot be reclaimed.
Crews are only allowed to remove a like item to what was purchased. For example, sofa delivery and sofa removal is okay, but sofa delivery and bed removal is not.
If you request our Item Removal service, a Fab representative will contact you to confirm the details and review any questions you might have. You will be required to respond by email to confirm our terms and conditions. If you are not reachable by email, we do our best to contact you at the phone number we have on file up until the day of delivery. If we are not able to reach you, we will cancel the Item Removal portion of your delivery.
More InfoYour purchases may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order, based on the shipping rate chart for small package shipping. We try our best to only send you one package. Fab is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipping to New York and New Jersey addresses. An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
