Enhance your data table workflow with our advanced importer plugin for Unreal Engine. Effortlessly import and parse data, supporting default importers like Google Sheets and File. Plus, you have the flexibility to create your own custom importers. Take control of your data by defining powerful parsers to modify imported data. With our built-in parser, easily convert flat column names (e.g., Outer.Inner.Value) into complex Unreal Engine structures. You can use formulas and include additional data in cells without designated column names, all while validating object existence for enhanced data integrity.

HOW TO USE

  1. Open the Import Dialog: From the Data Table editor or the content browser, click "Import and Parse."

  2. Choose an Importer: Select your custom importer or a default one (Google Sheets or File) and fill in the parameters. (Parameters are saved per Data Table)

  3. Choose a Parser: If you want to parse the data, choose a list of parsers. (Default parser includes a list of transformations and validations, see the documentation)

  4. Submit and Check: After submitting, the process will verify the import process and show the result.

FEATURES

  •  User-Friendly Import Process: Simply navigate to the data table editor, click "Import and Parse," and fill in the parameters. (Parameters are saved per Data Table)

  •  Custom Importers and Parsers: Define import classes for diverse data sources and whip up custom parsers to effortlessly tweak your data.

  •  Google Sheets Compatibility: Sync your Google Sheets data with Unreal Engine using our built-in importer.

  •  Simplify Struct Data: Simplify struct naming conventions with our default parser, transforming column names like Outer.Inner.Value into a Unreal Engine Struct.

  •  Validate Object: Ensure data integrity by validating filled objects, such as textures, with our default parser.
