The model used in the viewer is for presentation purposes only.
Project files will contain additionnal files:
the 3DS Max scene with the character in its A-pose (for rigging and skinning purposes),
the .fbx A-posed character (in case you don’t own 3DS Max),
the .obj A-posed character (in case you don’t really need an .fbx),
and uncompressed 2K texture maps (so you can have a certain flexibility inside of game engines and such).
This character is not rigged.
