Emmanuel Bellini, born March 26, 1904 in Monaco, who successively lived in Spéracèdes ( 1951-1952) and in Cannes (from 1953) where he died on December 15, 1989 is a French painter, draftsman and figurative lithographer. He was also an architect until 1977.
