Ready town hall has about 22.717 vertices. It’s entirery build with elements that are part of this set. There are 3 only three materials and 2 of them are easy to recolor in Unity or UE since they are tilable textures. The roofing and doors/windows are on separate texture. Textures are on .png format : Bricks - 1024x1024, StoneMarble 512x512, Roofing and Widows - 1024x1024

Modules have second UV channel for lightmap. All properly named. Real world scale.
