Heat a pot, sprinkle it with sugar so it caramelizes a bit. Put diced bacon with lard in. Bake the bacon and add grated root vegetable (carrot root parsley, root celery), then add a onion and fry until it is light brown. Add salt, cranberries, mustard and sprinkle it with lemon. Pour broth in if you have it otherwise just water. Meanwhile prepare a frying pan, and slightly fry allspice, thyme and whole peppercorns. Put bay leaves into a sealable sieve and then dip it into the pot. Place the pierced meat with bacon into the frying pan and stir-fry. When finished move the meat into the pot. Put a lid onto the pot and put it into the oven for 2 hours at 180°C (356°F). When the meat is tender, remove it from the pot. Reduce the sauce. Cream slightly sprinkled with potato starch pour into the sauce. Remove the sieve with bay leaves from the pot. Blend the substance with blender. You can season the sauce with salt, sugar, and lemon if you see fit. "Dobrou chuť"
