This a self designed high detail apartment of a mid century vintage room. This model is high poly.

There are two fbx versions: -lightbaked version as you see in 3d player -normal fbx version which can be usesd with the maps.rar file.

• all textures are 4K (glossiness,reflection,Ambient occlusion, normal_maps and emision for the light bulbs.
• there´s a .max 2021 file with vray shaders, that works perfect. Load and hit render: done!
