Callejeros (Stray animals) by Elena Negueroles, 2012

As you can read on the text of the statue itself, the statue is a memorabilia about the abandonned pets and the hate of the artist for those that abandonned them. The two animals on the statue are Tristán and Soledad. The front text is from the Valencian government and dedicates the statue to the stray animals and those that take care of them.

More often than not, the statue will be found with flowers left by anonymous passerbys.

This sculpture can be found in a street of Valencia (Spain).
