Stores Vol 1 is a set of store fronts and street props to help you create a street quickly. It includes over 85 unique assets for Unreal Engine 4.20+ as well as 17 blueprint prefabs to get you started and help give you ideas to create your own versions! Most assets can have their colors adjusted, saturation, roughness, tilling amount etc to help you achieve the setting you want!

Why not import some quixel textures or create your own trim textures to give your self even more customization options to allow you to create bigger even more unique scenes!

For UE 4.25+ the lighting can appear bright this is easily solved by going to Project settings and Unticking "Auto Exposure" and setting "Auto Exposure Bias" to 0
