Each Painting texture has different material - so you can easily change the image texture to your own (your artwork) using Skethcfab or any your favorite 3d editor.

Rooms has identical unwraps - so you can make all room with new or damaged view (just use any of 18 room conditions)

Lighting baked in textures.
