Here is my entry for the Hand Painting Challenge: Paladin’s Book.

The book of a Paladin of the Collector Brotherhood whose mission is to gather all the existing kind of magic on Earth. He already managed to collect a lots of them, but the mission is far from over and many are still to discover ! Once the magic is sealed it can be summon on demand. But the pages remain blury and black until then.

My first hand painted model, I followed a lots of tutorial that can explain maybe why I put so many material types haha ! Every detail is handpainted using fill layers and mask on substance painter, making all colors easily switchable with over 300 fill layers.
