Mesh:

2 Basemeshes with/without spine and tail spikes.

BP:

Simple BPs for demonstration.

Animations:

The character has simple animations: attacks, death, run forward, run forward, turn L/R, idle (check screenshot).

PBR textures (Metallic/Roghness).

Gameplay:

I’m not a programmer, but I made the basis of the mannequin the ability to run and fly a little as a dragon (watch the video).

Blendshapes:

Closing your eyes and taking a breath.

Materials:

3 Materials: Body, Spike, Eye.

Skins:

Black, Red, Yellow, Green + HUE twister.

+RGB mask for custom colors.
