LIFEHACK: The pivot point is not set at the hinge, to do so easily, right click on the spot you want to set the pivot to; I recommend either the hook or the hinge, click "Pivot" then "Set Pivot Offset Here", then to maintain that pivot offset right click again and click "Pivot" then "Set as Pivot Offset". The second step ensures that the model in scene maintains the pivot even after duplication or deselection. There are two images in the images that show this as well.
