Description

World Phasing System is a blueprint communication system that enables you to make changes to actors in the world everytime the player makes a choice or performs an action. You can create a series of events (phases) that will change something with every step (stage). It will fit nicely in any story-driven/horror/RPG game.

...want to spawn an enemy when the player starts a quest.
