Pack of 10 building models which most of them are inspired by real life buildings in Wellington, New Zealand.

Modelled and UV mapped in Maya and then textured in Substance Painter. Models have been updated along with the UV maps aswell.

Model in the second image only the building model and textures provided as the ground, benches and trees were used as background decorating.

These were created at various times during 2022 till now but all have gone through at least 2 design phases.

OBJ and FBX file formats are included in the file along with texture files for all the models and supporting models such as doors and windows.
