The Monument to the Lion of the Jews in Addis Ababa was built in honor of Emperor Haile Selassie I, who was known as the Lion of the Jews. It was built in 1960 and is one of the most important historical monuments in Ethiopia.

The monument is a huge statue of the Lion of Judah, which stands on a high pedestal. The statue is made of bronze and is more than 20 meters high. It symbolizes the power and strength of the emperor, who was known for his military victories and ability to rule the country.
