Product Info

This extensive and highly detailed warehouse environment is one of a kind. We used the power of the new Unreal 5 Engine to bring you an asset pack/environment that can be used both for games and cinematics. Featuring highly detailed, Highly Modular assets that allow you to create warehouses and storage facilities in as many shapes and sizes as you want!

Quick Info

  • More than 165 high-quality modular assets! (not counting whitebox demo assets)
  • Nanite & Lumen Compatible.
  • Modular Flexibility in Assets where logical.
  • Advanced Master Material with Material Controls, Roughness Variation, WS Dust Control and much more.
  • Full gameplay ready demo scene to showcase how you can use our assets.
  • Lighting assets are properly setup with blueprints for flexibility.
  • Assets also work without nanite or lumen if needed.

Intended Use

This environment has been created primarily with games in mind. it features optimized nanite assets, 4K tillable/unique (we did optimize the textures in engine), and optimized lighting assets. However, due to the quality of the assets, this environment can also be used for cinematic purposes. The environment is intended for higher-end systems & consoles.

Structure

This environment has been made out of Modular assets where logical (mostly the structures and scaffolding) This way you can alter the environment however you want with ease. Next to the separate assets we have also included blueprints in which we already build large structures like Scaffolding for easy placement

Textures

All textures come in PBR 4k resolution and are downscaled in UE to have logical texture resolution and performance. Structural assets feature mostly tillable materials while assets feature mostly unique textures so that they can work as a stand-alone in any project.

Lighting

We make full use of Lumen in this scene. All assets have been optimized to work with Lumen and follow the lumen technical validation documentation – our assets do not come with traditional lightmap UV’s but you can always auto-generate those if needed.

All lights have been set up using blueprints with simple on & off + intensity controls.

Disclaimers

  • All images & videos have been rendered at an average of 40-50fps on cinematic quality using an RTX 3090.
  • This environment is intended for higher end machines. We did set the engine scalability settings to medium so that the environment will run smooth on as many systems as possible. you can change the quality settings yourself to your liking.
  • We are using Raytracing to make the wrapped plastic around boxes look nicer. However this is of course performance heavy. if you want to turn off raytracing you might need to play around with the plastic material to get it to your liking. Pro tip: Use this command to turn off raytracing temporarily and see the difference "r.raytracing.ForceAllRayTracingEffects 0"
