“El Tunel Pastelería y Confitería” (The tunnel patisserie) was a historial cake shop that opened its door in the year 1822 in the city of Alcoy (Spain). Their specialities were: “pastel de carne” (meat cake), “buñuelos de viento” and “cubanos” Unfortunately the business closed its doors in the year 2018 when the owners retired.
