Your 21-Day Intro to Yoga Course consists of 9 video lessons over three weeks. Linda gives you an in-depth overview of the basics of yoga, including poses popular across many different yoga styles.
Classes are just 25 minutes each, so they’re easy to work into even your busier days. Each class includes modifications you can do to make poses more comfortable, while still giving you all the benefits.
Each video class is simple and to-the-point — just Linda, you, and a soothing backdrop. We’ve also intentionally left out background music, so you can choose from one of our recommended playlists or listen to your favorites while you follow along.
By Week 3, you’ll be feeling better in your body, calmer in your mind… and best of all, you’ll have the confidence to participate in any yoga class you want.
