5 Simple Ways to Improve Your Diet

Calorie counting isn’t for everyone. I never count calories.

I don’t want to do the math! (I hate it.)


The key to improving (for the long term) is to take baby steps. 


Remember, it’s a new skill to learn. Try these:


  • Keep healthy food readily available. If you don’t buy it, you’ll never eat it.
  • Only shop on the outer ring of the store. It is where all the fruit and veggies live - try not going into the inner aisles where biscuits & treats, processed foods, and the bad (albeit tasty) stuff lives
  • Keep it simple. Lots of vegetables, lean meats, and fish. 
  • Eat more fat. Yes, for real. Healthy fat is really good for you (and tasty!). Avocados, eggs, nuts, natural peanut butter, olive oil, fish. All good for you. 
  • Try and give up the Diet Cokes - swap these for water.
